Charter Subscription Pricing

Generally, the price of a subscription is determined by the type and size of the organization.

Academia and Educational Institutions

Colleges, universities, and educational institutions distinct from individual K-12 schools will be billed on the basis of the number of full-time students. For single-campus subscriptions, the following rates apply:

How to Subscribe

columbia earthscape is available on an annual subscription basis via the World Wide Web. Subscriptions can begin at any time upon receipt of a completed license agreement and the specific IP address access information as provided in the registration form.

Subscriptions to columbia earthscape may be placed directly or through a vendor. To order direct, mail or fax your institution's purchase order number, along with a completed site license and registration form. These may be sent to Columbia University Press, columbia earthscape, 136 South Broadway, Irvington-on-Hudson, New York, New York 10533 USA.

Subscription Renewals

The license shall be for a minimum period of twelve months and shall automatically renew for subsequent periods of twelve months each unless Licensee terminates its subscription effective on the anniversary of the commencement date upon thirty days prior written notice. Annual subscription fees are due on the commencement date of each subsequent yearly term. Columbia University Press shall notify Licensee of the applicable subscription fee for each year in writing at least sixty days prior to the commencement date.
