This month Earthscape welcomes new contributor, The Climate Policy Center (CPC), an independent, bipartisan, non-profit organization established to develop policies to counter global warming.

Earthscape continues to add to the collection of Congressional Research Service publications on environmental issues.  These papers provide insight into some of the research members of the U.S. Congress request and read. These comprehensive reports deal with a range of analytical tasks such as background on an issue currently in front of Congress, a full analysis of proposed legislation, or a retrospective analysis on past legislation and its effectiveness.
